Kelly has been in education for 22 years, although this is her 5th year at Mission Hills Christian School. She taught in the public sector for 17 years, which included teaching at an International Baccalaureate School. Kelly attended California State University, Fullerton where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development. She earned her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and her CLAD (Cross-Culture Language and Development) Credential from the University of San Diego.
Kelly and her husband, John, live in Mission Viejo, and have three sons. Cash, her oldest (19-years-old), attends Texas A&M University and a member of the Corps of Cadets. Kelly’s 9-year-old twins, Jack and Colin, are in 4th grade here at Mission Hills Christian School.
